Exchange and Refund Policy

E X C H A N G E   A N D   R E F U N D   P O L I C Y


Our policy allows for consideration of a return within 14 days after customer delivery. Customer must contact incolorboutique.com by email within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. No exchange or refund will be approved after 14 days from delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact incolorboutique.com via the customer care email (info@incolorboutique.com), describe your request and reason for return.

Our knitwear is delicate, please use care when trying on. Avoid wearing jewelry and make-up which could damage the item and could make the garment ineligible for return, exchange or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund. We pay special attention and examine our pieces thoroughly when we package to insure our garments are in perfect and undamaged condition. Returning damaged items may be reason for refusing a request for an exchange or refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable.


For an exchange of an item to one of lower price, a store credit for the difference from the original purchase price will be issued in the form of a gift card or code. When the replacement is a higher price than your original purchase, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or code for the original price.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@incolorboutique.com.


Only the actual purchase price will be considered for exchange or refund.


To return your product, you should ship your item(s) to the address provided on the return authorization. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. When shipping an item over $75, you should consider selecting a shipping method that allows tracking of your shipment.
